A risk assessment is carried out to identify the risks to health and safety to any person arising out of, or in connection with, work or the conduct of their undertaking” All risk assessments need to be suitable and sufficient and identify all foreseeable risks arising from work activities and be appropriate to the nature of the work undertaken.
